About Eric
Eric Andersen has over 20 years of experience in IT risk and advisory services, including seven years with a Big 4 firm (EY). He has broad experience in the management and execution of internal and external information systems and operational and compliance reviews. His experience with SOX 404, HITRUST, IT Audits, and SOC audits has provided Eric with an extensive background in assessing risk and evaluating and providing recommendations for improvement in internal controls, IT general controls, application controls, and business process controls. He has served various industries and clients, from multinationals, Fortune 10, and other multi-billion-dollar public companies to a six-person startup.
Eric Andersen graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University; holds the CISA, CRISC, and CRMA certifications; and has memberships with ISACA, the IIA, and the AICPA.
